HOW TO USE THE HAIR RING

1. Position your client near natural light – a window seat works better than overhead salon bulbs, which can warm or cool tones inaccurately.
2. Match to mid-lengths and ends, not the root. This is where the extensions sit and where the blend needs to land.
3. Compare two or three shades side by side to identify which disappears into the natural hair.
4. When in doubt, go slightly lighter. It tends to integrate more naturally once the hair is styled and toned.
