OUR STYLISTS ASSESS YOUR COLOUR
Once received, one of our in-house stylists will look at your hair's depth, tone and any variation throughout the length – highlights, balayage, grown-out colour – to find the shade from our range that sits closest to your natural hair.

YOUR MATCH, WITHIN 2-3 DAYS
We'll come back to you via email with your personalised colour match recommendation. From there, all you need to do is add to cart.

- Take a front shot, a back shot and a side shot – we need all the angles to colour match your hair extensions accurately
- Shoot in natural daylight, ideally near a window or outside in shade
- Show us any highlights, balayage or colour variation – the more context, the better

- Use filters – they alter the colour and make accurate matching impossible
- Shoot in artificial light or flash – it throws the tone completely
- Stand in direct sunlight – overexposure makes colours harder to read
- Zoom in too close – we need to see the full length of your hair
